Expanded Horizons is a newish webzine with an ambitious goal, summed up as "to increase diversity in speculative fiction and to create a venue for the authentic expression of under-represented voices in the genre." EH have published several stories from world SF writers, and their latest issue #8 features no less than three (out of five):
